Re: [Gexiv2] Accessing raw XMP packet

Hi Dan,

Did you intend to include a new patch in your last email? I didn't receive
it.

Also, when I tried to apply your last patch, patch couldn't resolve the
conflicts. Since gexiv2 hasn't been significantly touched in a while, I
suspect you're using an old version of the source. If you could re-up from
trunk and re-submit your patch, I would be happy to look it over.

Thanks,

Dear list,

For a project I am working on, I added a new method to gexiv2 for
fetching
the raw XMP packet from an image. It'd be nice if this feature were to go
into future releases of the library.

I've attached my patch. I'm still a bit new to Vala, but it works for me
and I think it is correct.

Oops sorry, I accidentally left an unrelated header change on the bottom
of that patch. I had to fix up the #include paths to make things work when
I installed the library into a user-specific location (rather than
system-wide).
