[gedit-list] Action not actiavated by accelerator [Was: Re: Plugin doesn’t get signal from shortcut at all (3.14 -> 3.22)]

Particularly, even though I see this in Python console of Gedit 
everything set up correctly, pressing Alt+q doesn’t do anything.

    ['win.reflow']

Any idea what’s going on?
