    Thank you.I learned about new stuff,
dbus like thing within application, message-bus good approach.
For now, i am going to try simple solution, without implementing
message-bus for external-tools(it has no message-bus support).
    using uimanger ,activating gtkaction. . .

Unfortunately you have to directly check the plugin to know which kind of messages it provides
and if it does not expose any you will have to add them.
