[gedit-list] New Highlight mode/plugin in Windows

Hi

I would like to add a new Highlight mode. Its a scheme based language used in a software called meep. But the scheme Higlight mode that comes with gedit does not fully recognise the comands used in meep.
Somebody already provides the nececcary files for gedit in linux. See here https://github.com/hessammehr/meepmpb-highlight
Does anybody know how to make use of this under windows.
