[gedit-list] files needed for gedit 3

Hi,

I've created gedit in the local path as the manual suggested,
"~/.local/share/gedit/plugins/"
but I found some problems as you can see in the picture I attached
while I was trying to create examplepy.py.
Or maybe do I have to do it inside my little environment /opt/gnome?
