[gedit-list] Gedit process handling for new windows and tabs

Hi everyone,

Just noticed something strange -- when you open a new Gedit window, a new process isn't spawned for it. All windows are under the same process, even when you try to launch the program again. 

I noticed this as I one of my tabs in one of the windows froze on a right click in the file browser, which then froze all the windows. 

Is the one process desired behaviour? Would it not be best to have a Chrome/Chromium style master process and separate process for each window (if not each tab)?
