[gedit-list] NCL Language

Hi, I'm not a gedit developer, but i have a proposal to gedit.
I think it's simple, just add the NCL Language to the supported languages.
NCL is a XML based language, so, every time i open a ncl file, i need to click at View -> Highlight Mode -> Markup -> XML.
It would be nice if the file automatically open at XML highlight mode.
