[gedit-list] custom languages on windows

Hi. I'm trying out gedit 2.30 on Windows Vista, but I seem unable to
get my custom language files recognized.

Normally one would put user-specific language specs in

$(HOME)/.local/share/gtksourceview-2.0/language-specs

But this forlder goes unrecognized by gedit.

I know I can put the custom files directly on C:\Program
Files\gedit\share/gtksourceview-2.0/language-specs, but isn't there a
per-user solution?
