[gedit-list] gedit transparenz

Hello
is there any possibillity to adda transparenzy plugin to Gedit? I am a
writer and would like it very much to use Gedit for entereing plain
text, or later on, use it also for writing in latex. For older machines
there is no compiz, as you know. So it would be very nice to add a
fuction like in the gnome termial.
