[gedit-list] Language Definition for Maude

Dear Gedit developers,

I just wrote a (very simple) language definition for Maude (a rewrite 
language/engine, see http://maude.cs.uiuc.edu/) for my convenience 
(there are also eclipse and x-emacs highlight modes, but I prefer to use 
gedit).

I would like to share it. Should/can I just put it available for 
download on my page? Should I ask also permission to the language 
developers as well?
