I don't know why this would have anything to do with it, but when I deleted the last line (it looked like some escape character was entered in vim) it opens fine in gedit.

My OS is fedora8.

My text file is a c source code file.With vi command,and Kdeveop,it can be parsed correctly.

I have attached the file as a attachment.
