Well, that's a direct link for the plugin that is somewhat ready:

RubyDoc: Read RI's documentation to show a side panel with
    quick access to the doc, just like jEdit. WORKS PARTIALLY.
    Be SURE to run rdoc_to_xml.rb before turning on the plug-in so it has
    data to show.
    Version: 0.1.
    Features:

• Script to generate XML files containing RI documentation from the system. (I need to work with it: it has problems if a system class is extended, i need to merge the information, not eliminate them)
• Show all the Ruby system and gems documentation.

TODO: I need to fix the rdoc_to_xml.rb script and make the searching in the searchbox better (so you don't need to type all the class "path", like "now" instead of "Time::now".

Coding style should be pretty evident since all the codebase is
consistent. It pretty much follows GNOME guidelines at
http://developer.gnome.org/doc/guides/programming-guidelines/code-style.html
except we prefer braces to be put on their own line.
For python we follow PEP8.
