You can't, because it is used for widget switching (this is a Gnome
policy, and how gtk+ is done). Also, shortcuts used by the text widget
are not usable (which is, to me, a bug).
Well, actually you could write a plugin to force that behaviour, and I'm
quite sure there is already one.
