[gedit-list] Update: File Browser Plugin

I again have been working on the file browser plugin (formerly
filetree). Several bugfixes have gone in as well as some new features
including:

* Path in combo box now has icons and displays special names for special
directories (like File System).
* Set root to active document menu item
* Save and restore settings (like last visited location, filter
settings, open file browser at first opened document)
* Open terminal here menu item
* Move to trash menu item as well as permanent delete

I also removed the python bindings for now because the stuff implemented
in python (the actual plugin creating the widget and doing some
save/restore work) was really trivial and using python for just that
seemed overkill.

Please, please test the plugin! I'm sure there are still some bugs there
and I really appreciate you opinions!
