Just wanted to announce that the first usable version of the vigedit
plugin is now availble from
http://www.open-gnss.org/~trondd/vigedit/vigedit.tar.gz

You can read the manpage here:

also a public hg repository at
http://www.open-gnss.org/~trondd/cgi-bin/hgweb.cgi
