[gedit-list] drag and drop scrolls way too fast

Hello everybody,

IMHO the drag and drop feature is nearly unusable : when I move the
mouse up or down, trying to drag and drop a text, the screen scrolls way
too fast (20X?).
I have not experienced such a problem in other editors (ie Kedit, 	aso).
Could it be fixed easily?

Anyway, I appreciate GEDIT very much and use it everyday!
My version is 2.10.2 running under Ubuntu 5.04.
