Yep, it sure is. Just copy and paste the HTML from a browser like Web 
or Firefox into the signature field in the accounts editor.

Currently, embedding images as separate files to be attached is not 
supported, although you can use a remote image, or convert the image to 
a data URI and embed it i the HTML directly instead.
