Hey,

Thanks for putting this PPA together! Ubuntu's and Debian's package has 
been sadly out of date for a while.

As for any distro, I'd suggest people also file bugs in the 
Ubuntu/Debian bug trackers, or marking existing bugs as affecting you, 
if their packages are out of date.
