That's the one. Did you see the tooltip for the pref? I guess since 
it's the only pref with a tooltip, it's maybe not very discoverable.

There's some bikeshedding about the wording over in Bug 742244[0], but 
I tend to agree with Jim about where it's currently at. Maybe it needs 
some indication that there's a tooltip (visual, or by cueing people by 
adding tooltips for the others) or a Help button or something.
