On this, Geary should be using your desktop's preferences for the font size when composing. Which leads me to a question or two (which I'll post in the bug above as well):

1. Is Geary actually using your preferred font for documents? (Under GNOME it's the "Documents" font, not sure what it would be under XFCE though)

2. Why would you want to use a font size different than the one configured for your desktop?
