That's a shame. PGP support would be great to have. His work might make 
a good start for anyone else wanting to pick up on it, however.

I don't really have the time to do that myself, but am willing to help 
out anyone else who does. The meta-bug covering it is #713403[0] - have 
a read through that and the bugs it depends on if anyone is interested 
in picking up this baton.
