Not at the moment through the UI, no. You might be able able to do so 
manually by making sure Geary is not running, then changing the name of 
the account's directory under ~/.local/share/geary. I haven't tested 
this however, so please backup the directory before you do so in case 
something goes wrong.

There has already been a bug filed for this[0] and I would like to see 
this implemented sooner rather than later, but won't have time to do it 
myself any time soon, so patches are welcome!
