Re: [Geary] Launching at startup, minimizing to tray and theming the display

Thanks. Since I rarely re-login (or reboot, in effect), I didn't notice anything happen until a couple of days later. It seems the wording must have been changed, since, as I said, there are no options in Preferences about startup (see screenshot: http://imgur.com/7H4u5VI). Unless you count "Always watch for new mail", which is decidedly unintuitive as a setting for startup options.

A while ago, a patch was apparently accepted which added a `--hidden` option (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=714644). I installed Geary 0.10 on Arch Linux. If there is a `--hidden` option (there's no manpage installed, so I don't know), it doesn't seem to affect anything. Is the option still available? There are no options in Preferences about startup.
That issue is marked as solved in version 0.8.0. If you read carefully this comment: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=714644#c2 You'll see that hidden gets enabled when you check "Notify new mail at startup" in the preferences. The --hidden flag exists: $ geary --help | grep hidden --hidden Start Geary with hidden main window
Indeed. Given the lack of a manpage, I didn't think to use `--help`.
