So now I have done

yum install vala cmake gnome-doc-utils

now have this dependency

CMake Error at src/CMakeLists.txt:408 (message):
  vapigen must be installed to build Geary.

Do you know if any of these are part of other packages?

vapigen
canberra
gee-0.8
gio-2.0
notify

Those I can't find with "yum search".

In Debian xml2po is in the package gnome-doc-utils.
