[Geary] urgent X11 window flag

Gday all,

Is anyone interested in geary having an option for the `urgent` window 
flag set upon receiving new mail? This would allow different WM/DEs to 
give the user a hint that the window wants their attention.

If no one else is interested in having this as an option, there isn't 
really any use in adding it.
