[gdm-list] GDM 2.31.0 (unstable), the "Lunar One" Release

The 2.31.0 release is an unstable release of the GNOME Display Manager
(GDM) program with the following bug fixes and improvements:

- GDM now better compiles with -DGSEAL_ENABLED.  Fixes bug #612472.
- Tweak power manager policy to shutdown immediately when hitting power.
  Previously it would show a dialog with a 60 second timeout.  Fixes bug
  #617317.
- Sort session using file basename.  Fixes bug #617516.
- Avoid double conversion to utf8 in keyboard layout descriptions.
  Fixes bug #617108.
- Fix build failure when libxdmcp is not available.  Fixes bug #616984.
- String fixes.  Fix bug #609178.
