[gdm-list] 1=standard garbled! SOLVED!!!



Brian, thanks for the response, I just solved it about an hour ago.

Solution: remove ati proprietary drivers and reinstall xorg from fedora updates.

It turns out that the proprietary driver has a problem with
initializing umm, not sure what that means.  I don't play 3d games so
I am not concerned about acceleration.

I made sure that it was capitalized though!
