[gDesklets] Command-line testing of sensors

Hello there,

In the last week I've been having problems with the GoodWeather applet. 
The obvious suspect is the xml parse of the weather.com feed.

Is there a simple way to test sensors on the command-line so I can check 
if this component is working correctly?
