[gDesklets] html tag unknown?

Hi,
I've download the latest version of gdesklets. I wanted to display a simple
html as in the tutorial
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<display bg-color="grey50" anchor="center" x="50%" y="50%">
<html uri="http://www.google.de"; width="30cm" height="20cm"/>
</display>
gDesklets quits complaining "Unknown element <html>"?!
I have gtkhtml 3.16.3 installed and most other package should be recent on
my
ArchLinux system.

PS: How would I display a file instead of a webpage?
