[gDesklets] remove_timer not implemented inside sandbox

Hello,

We know if we want to create a timer inside a Control _add_timer() must
be used and _remove_timer() to remove it as well.

But, in the sandbox we can add timers but not remove them. This is code
that it makes possible:

I'm asking for feedback to apply it. What do you think?
