OK, just updated to the latest version (rev 41). Now i get the following
error:

Starting gdesklets-daemon...
Cannot establish connection to daemon: timeout!
The log file might help you solving the problem.

And the log file is empty!

Pretty bad... no gDesklets :/.
Anyone any idea ??
