mono-1.2.4 stack is borked...

The "stable" mono-1.2.4 stack is borked. None of the mono apps run. I
retreated to the previous stack, 1.2.3.1, and the apps now run.


Specifically:

* mono-1.2.4 -> mono-1.2.3.1
* monodoc-1.2.4 -> monodoc-1.2.3
* mono-tools-1.2.4 -> mono-tools-1.2.3
* gtksourceview-sharp2.0-2.0-0-11 -> gtksourceview-sharp2.0-2.0-0-10
