True, unfortunately. Anyway, this is in no way a GARNOME issue, but a
GNOME one. Just to point out the obvious. ;)

AFAIK there is at least one tool to manage the menu already. But it was
way too late to be included in GNOME 2.10.0. GARNOME may ship it
eventually in future though...
