Which is basically kde's GARNOME page, in fact, it uses GARCHIVE and 
says it's: "inspired by GARNOME distribution by Jeff Waugh 
(http://www.gnome.org/~jdub/garnome/)" :)

It's just a plain text page, but it's WAY more informative - now I 
understand some things about Garnome I didn't before.

The whole kde download page is incredibly documented (in fact, I think 
they go overboard)
