Uhm, no. :)

I don't think you want that. The other way around would have been
better, as mentioned in my previous post [1].

FWIW, e-d-s 1.1.x is the *unstable* development tree. evolution-webcal
2.1.1 was an oversight and actually should be downgraded to 2.0.1. e-w
follows the Evolution major versions -- you want e-w 2.0.1. [2] (Just
like e-d-s and (most) of Gnome and the Linux Kernel, odd version numbers
are development trees [3]...)

[2] Hint: Adjust the version in the Makefile. Then run 'make clean &&
    make makesum && make install' update the checksum file and build
