gnome-applets-2.9.2 fails, needs libxklavier >= 1.12

When building GARNOME 2.9.2.1 I get the following build error.

configure: error: libxklavier was not found and is required to build gnome-applets.
Please get the latest version from http://freedesktop.org/Software/LibXklavier

I built everything in bootstrap to be safe, and that worked just fine. Then the gnome applets fail due to the above dependency.
