Re: vte error, cannot install garnome

If it's of use to anyone else, i solved this by copying the contents of 
/home/USER/garnome/lib into /usr/lib/ and didn't overwrite any files just to 
be on the safe side. This enabled libtool to find the files and for the whole 
process to get under way again. If there is a better way please say because 
i'd rather not be the cause of problems for anyone else, but i don't see any 
harm in this method.
