GARNOME 0.27.x -> builds GNOME 2.4.0 D&DP! Rejoice!

Hey gang, here's the changelog, care of Aschwin's diffy scripty bits. Enjoy!

I've removed some less useful packages. pangopdf/pdflib/xmlroff never really
worked very well, so they're gone. eggcups is not as cool as gnome-cups.
flink was always moving, and apotheke hasn't seen much love for ages (and no
one has been crowing about it not building anyway).

There are some new bits in bootstrap, such as ccache, dlcompat, the docbook
xml and xsl versions required by GNOME, and libiconv. These are all useful
on "odd" platforms.

Thanks very much to everyone on the list for testing GNOME throughout 2.3,
and keeping me up to date with changes in non-ftp.gnome.org software and
breakages in builds, etc. It's been a fun ride - 2.5 is coming very soon, so
it will be back to thrills, spills, fun and excitement! :-)
