Fix for evo in 0.27.1

Hi!

It seems that Genghis Kahn's hordes forgot poor user running evolution
in garnome :), so if you want running evolution and keep it happy when
you click task button, here's the Ronald Kuetemeier gar-ifed patch. It's
not necessary removing c files, as the build system runs again
orbit-idl:

Also, here's a patch for adding color and xterm title support (from Jens
Bech) to gar build system, without being very intrusive. (Note that this
patch will break if you don't have the xtermset app):
