Problem when make garnome

Hi,
  When I was making gnome-speech, it quit and print some errors.I read the README
, and think maybe it need java-access-bridge. I found everywhere,
at last, the cvs.gnome.org has it. But I can't login to check out.
  Where can I download java-access-bridge?
