Unfortunately, that didn't work. I rm'ed all cookies/install and
cookies/install-work and 'cd meta/gnome-desktop && make install' but it
said the install was complete.
I don't know much about Makefiles, but I found a 'reinstall' target in
gar.mk, tried 'cd meta/gnome-desktop && make reinstall' but that didn't
work also.
Neither 'make clean' not 'make deep-clean' worked either. deep-clean
seemed to be an infinite loop.
So I went and rebuild the whole thing from scratch. At least, the
tarballs were already on the company's proxy, so I spared the download
time. At my home computer, I'd have to download everything again.
I'd really like to file a bug report about this. Where should I file it?
Thanks for your help.
