compile problem

Hi, all. 
I'have a problem. 

> make[5]: Entering directory
> '../garnome-0.19.3/gnome/libIDL/work/libIDL-0.8.0'
> yacc -d -v 2>/dev/null ./parser.y
> make[5]: ***[stamp-parser] Error 127

What should I do? I'm using garnome-0.21. My system is
SuSE 8.1
