In the top level dir for Konstruct there should be a file called
gar.conf.mk. Edit these two lines:
CPPFLAGS += -I$(DESTDIR)$(includedir) -I$(DESTDIR)/usr/X11R6/include
CFLAGS += -I$(DESTDIR)$(includedir) -I$(DESTDIR)/usr/X11R6/include
-L$(DESTDIR)$(libdir) -L$(DESTDIR)/usr/X11R6/lib
Just add -I/usr/lib/j2se/1.4/include to both those lines.
