Or you can download it from
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/gentoo/distfiles/gtk-engines-cleanice2_1.1.5.orig.tar.gz
as suggested earlier when this problem was reported by someone on this
list. After downloading, just move the file to the "download" directory
of gnome/gtk-cleanice-engine (remember to change the filename to the one
GARNOME wants, nor sure what that was).
