Re: Gimp not opening any files properly

Hmm.. strange! 
Now I compiled without optimization and my compilation failed on libgpm,
when I installed the libgpm1-devel package it continued again. This is
very weird because last weekend it didn't complain about this at all, it
just compiled gimp all the way through.
Any way now the problem did go away, but now it isn't sure if libgpm was
the problem or my gcc optimizations.
I will compile gimp once more with optimizations to see if the problem
returns.

Rick, could you check if you have libgpm-devel installed, perhaps you
had the same problem as I did. (on my mandrake the package is called
libgpm1-devel)
