I meant more it will be generally easier on the user if gamin installed
by default:

  1) /etc/gamin/gaminrc
  3) /etc/gamin/mandatory_gaminrc

(if they don't exist), or have an etc/gamin/* in the source directory
with preferably some  commented examples in.

But yeah, like I said, if you guys do not want to, the distro's will
probably do it.
