Rejecting gnome-games bugs <2.22

Hi all,

Is there a way we can reject bugbuddy submitted bugs for versions
<2.22? Since there will be no more 2.22.x releases and we still get
many 2.20.1 and 2.20.2 duplicates we should just respond with "no
longer supported, please upgrade to 2.20.3/2.22"). Can this be
(easily) done in bugzilla? If this is general bad practise then just
doing it for glchess/sudoku should reduce our triaging effort.
