Nice card theme from KDE games

Hi;

I've just discovered that KDE games ships with a very nice SVG card
theme, "Tigullio International" by Luciano Montanaro, licensed under
LGPL3+.

had to change the file a bit to get it to conform to our theme format;
uploaded to
http://www.gnome.org/~chpe/files/tigullio-international-gnome.svg ).

The only criticisms I have are the missing card border on the numbered
cards. And of course the KDE icons look a bit out of place in a Gnome
app :)

I think we should ship this theme, or a variant thereof, in
g-g-extra-data.
