Bug Fixes:
    #676165 - Calendar backend crashing when opening
              a memo several times for editing
              (Christian Hilberg)
    #676733 - evolution crashing when creating new email
              imap folder
              (Christian Hilberg)
    #677102 - Backends try to connect to port 143 even if
              SSL encryption is configured
              (Christian Hilberg)

Other Changes:
    * removed files from version control which should
      not be versioned by Git
    * updated local IMAPX derivative for upstream
      fixes and changes (as of version 3.4.3)
