NEW in 2.28.1.1
===============
The "No more 2.28 blockers \o/" release.
This release in the stable 2.28 branch fixes various crashes and
a bug making the desktop hang while Empathy has a menu open.
It also solves a potential security issue by ensuring that messages are

We strongly recommend that all distributions upgrade to this version.
